Meet Dr. Wayne Sutton
Dr. Wayne Sutton is recognized as one of Sonoma County’s premier cosmetic dentists. He has undergone extensive training in cosmetic dentistry through one of the world’s finest postgraduate training institutions, The Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco. He has also studied Advanced Occlusion at the prestigious Hornbrook Group. Dr. Sutton received his Doctorate in 1997 from UCSF School of Dentistry and has three years of experience as a clinical instructor at UCSF. He was the only recipient of the coveted “Clinical Excellence Award” in 1997. In 2006, Dr. Sutton became one of the first dentists in Northern California to earn his Fellowship in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. He is passionate about continuing education and completes more than four times the yearly requirements needed to maintain his California dental license.

Dr. Sutton is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and American Dental Association. He is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. His goal is to educate the public about the dangers of sleep apnea while offering testing and treatment options. Dr. Sutton frequently lectures to local groups about dental technology and cosmetic dentistry. As one of the most experienced sedation dentists in Sonoma County, he is sought out by hundreds of patients each year for comprehensive dental care in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Mentoring & Training
Dr. Sutton provides educational programs where he trains other dentists in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry. He has produced and manufactured an educational DVD entitled “Simplified Smile Design.” Dr. Sutton is one of a select group of cosmetic dentists recognized as an Official Dentist of the Mrs. Globe – Mrs. USA Pageants. His goal is to become one of the premier cosmetic dentists in the world by continually evaluating his own work in an honest and analytical manner. He believes that the beauty of fine arts can be applied to aesthetics and smile design. He continually strives to provide exceptional cosmetic and restorative results. At his implant center, Dr. Sutton and his partner provide full-mouth dental implant reconstructions using advanced implant-supported solutions.
Over 25 Years With A Personal Touch
Dr. Sutton has owned private dental practices in Rohnert Park for more than 25 years, with a major focus on cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, including implant surgery using conscious sedation. Today, he proudly provides comprehensive dental care to patients throughout Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. Dr. Sutton has been happily married to his wife Michele for 27 years and has two sons in college. Both young men are Eagle Scouts and are well on their way to a bright future. Dr. Sutton’s hobbies include wine tasting, fishing, photography, and hiking with his family and friends.
Meet Dr. Erik Bala
Dr. Erik Bala is a dedicated and compassionate dentist in Santa Rosa, CA, committed to providing exceptional dental care to his patients. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific, where his passion for the sciences and desire to help others flourished. Following this, Dr. Bala pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he developed his skills in comprehensive dental care and patient management.
With a focus on patient-centered care, Dr. Bala believes in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients. He is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training, ensuring that each patient receives a high standard of dental care in Santa Rosa.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bala enjoys an active lifestyle that includes mountain biking and skiing, embracing the beauty of the outdoors. He also has a creative side, playing guitar and DJ-ing, which allows him to express his passion for music. Dr. Bala believes that a well-rounded life contributes to a positive outlook, which he brings to his dental practice.
